Payment Terms

Your $250 deposit is paid — booking is secured.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Brisbane Jumping Castles will email you an invoice for the balance, payable by card or bank transfer.

If the balance isn't received by 7 days before your event, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the $250 deposit (per clause 7.6, Cancellation Policy below).

Postponements: If you need to postpone with more than 7 days' notice, no charge applies and your payments are held as a credit for up to 36 months. With less than 7 days' notice, a postponement fee of 25% of the total booking value applies (minimum $150).

Cancellations: If you cancel with more than 7 days' notice, the $250 deposit is forfeited and any balance paid is refunded. With less than 7 days' notice, all funds paid are forfeited.
