Quote + $250 deposit
Itemised quote with our T&Cs. Pay the $250 deposit to lock it in.

Balance due 7 days prior
We issue an invoice for the balance, which must be paid by its due date unless alternative written terms are agreed.
What if…
Wet weather?
Free postponement 7 or more days before your event. Inside 7 days, a $250 postponement fee applies, with further fees in the circumstances set out in our Terms.
Last-minute booking?
Yes. A 25% surcharge applies when Equipment is booked within 48 hours of the event.
Corporate, school or council booking?
Current public liability documentation is available on request. Contact us to confirm the cover details required by your venue.
