FAQs

Got questions? We've got answers.

The most common questions we get about jumping castle, fun food and photo pod hire in Brisbane.

How much does jumping castle hire cost in Brisbane?
Medium themed jumping castles start at $225 for a 4-hour hire, $250 for 7 hours, $295 overnight, and $350 for the whole weekend. Larger combo castles, water slides and obstacle courses range from $350 to $1,200+ depending on size and duration. Add delivery, from $84 depending on your postcode.
How do I book?
Fill out our quote form on the contact page or call us. We'll send a tailored quote with everything included: delivery, setup and pickup. A $250 deposit secures your date. We issue an invoice for the balance, which must be paid by its due date.
Where do you deliver?
Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery costs depend on your postcode and start at $95 within Zone 1 (inner Brisbane). Check our delivery page for your exact postcode.
What size jumping castle do I need?
For 1–8 kids aged 3–12, a medium 4×4m jumping castle is plenty. For 8–20 kids, a large combo castle (typically 6×5m) gives more room and adds a slide. For 20+ kids or older kids, look at obstacle courses or large combos. Check the spec table on each product page for capacity.
Do you supply a supervisor?
A supervisor / operator is available at $95/hr Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, $125/hr Saturday from 9am to 5pm, $150/hr Sunday from 9am to 5pm, and $195/hr outside 9am to 5pm on any day. They're required for adult castles like the Disco Dome and recommended for school fetes and corporate events. For backyard kids parties an adult guardian can supervise.
Are you insured?
Current public liability documentation is available on request. Contact us to confirm the cover details required by your venue.
Can you deliver to a public park?
Yes, but you'll need a council permit for the park and we'll need power on-site (or you can hire our generator). We also need a 1m clear access path to the setup area. Note: some councils do NOT allow pegs into the ground, so we can't set up an inflatable on those sites. We do offer a solution for hard-surface or no-peg sites — call and ask.
What about wet weather?
Inflatables can't operate in heavy rain. At 30 km/h, use must cease, users must evacuate and conditions must be monitored. At 35 km/h, equipment must be deflated and packed down. If you postpone 7 or more days before the event, no postponement fee applies and we issue a gift card for payments made, valid for 36 months. Less than 7 days before the event, a $250 postponement fee applies. See our wet weather policy for full details.
How long does setup take?
Most jumping castles take 15–30 minutes to set up. Larger obstacle courses and water slides take 30–60 minutes. We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before your event start time.
Can we pick up the equipment ourselves?
No — to keep our warehousing streamlined and ensure equipment is safe and properly set up, we deliver and collect every booking ourselves.
Do you have a minimum spend?
No. There is no minimum order, so you can hire a single castle or a full fete setup. Delivery is worked out from your postcode and charged separately.
What's your cancellation policy?
7 or more days before the event: the $250 non-refundable deposit is forfeited and you may choose a refund or credit for any remaining paid balance. Less than 7 days before the event: all funds paid are forfeited. On the day or at commencement of the event: all funds paid are forfeited and any unpaid balance becomes immediately payable. We may waive cancellation fees for acts of God or government-imposed shutdowns at our discretion. Full clauses are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I postpone instead of cancelling?
Yes. If you postpone 7 or more days before the event, no postponement fee applies and we issue a gift card for the full value of payments made, valid for 36 months. If you postpone less than 7 days before the event, a $250 postponement fee applies. If less than 48 hours' notice is given after a truck has been loaded or moved, a further $250 fee applies.
Can I book within a week of my event?
Yes. A 25% surcharge applies to equipment booked within 48 hours of the event. Call us first for the fastest turnaround.
What extra fees might apply?
Standard delivery is included in your quote. Extra fees apply for time-restricted windows, before/after-hours delivery, stairs/lift access, sites with no direct vehicle access, dirty equipment ($150 minimum cleaning) and late returns. Full schedule on our extra charges page.
