How much does inflatable hire cost in Brisbane?

Inflatable hire pricing in Brisbane depends on three things: size, hire duration and supervision. As a rough guide:

• Medium castles (kids' birthday standard) — from $225 for a 4-hour hire
• Combo castles with slide — from $295
• Water slides — from $295
• Obstacle courses — from $495
• Multi-item packages — bundle discounts apply when you hire two or more inflatables together

Delivery is worked out from the distance between Brisbane CBD and your postcode, so the closer you are the less you pay. It starts at $84 and there is no minimum order. Setup and pack-down are always included in the hire price. There's no labour fee unless you book a supervised hire (where a trained operator stays on-site for the full duration — see supervised hire). Check your postcode for an exact fee.

How safe are your inflatables?

Every inflatable we hire complies with AS 3533.4.1:2018, the Australian Standard for inflatable amusement devices. Current public liability documentation is available on request. Can I hire an inflatable for a school fete or corporate event?

Yes — schools, councils and corporates make up a big share of our work. For these events we recommend supervised hire, where a trained BJC operator stays on-site for the full duration. What happens if it rains?

Brisbane weather is unpredictable. Light rain may be acceptable for some equipment, while heavy rain may prevent safe use. At 30 km/h, use must cease, users must evacuate and conditions must be monitored. At 35 km/h, equipment must be deflated and packed down. How early should I book?

Weekends in peak season (October to March) book out 4 to 8 weeks ahead. School fete season (terms 3 and 4) and the lead-up to Christmas are the busiest weeks of the year — book at least 8 weeks ahead for those. Off-peak (May–August) you can usually book 2 weeks out and still get your first choice.
