What size are the sumo suits?

The suits are one-size-fits-most adult — designed to fit guests roughly 150–195cm tall and up to a 60-inch chest. They're padded inflatable suits that go on like a costume; once inflated they're 1.2–1.5m wide, so the participant is much wider than tall. That's the whole point.

Are sumo suits safe?

Yes — but they require sensible use. The padded suits absorb falls, the head guards protect the head, and the mat softens the landing. Rules:

• One-on-one only (never two against one)
• Adults only — minimum age 16
• No diving / no head-butting / no kicking
• Helmet must be worn at all times
• Sober referee or supervisor recommended for late-night events

How much space do I need?

Minimum 5m × 5m of clear flat space for the mat and a safety buffer. Grass, indoors on carpet, or hardstand are all fine — the mat is the wrestling surface so anchoring isn't required. Overhead clearance: 2.5m (people are wider than tall in these suits).
