Schedule of Extra Charges
This schedule sets out the specific circumstances under which additional fees and charges may apply to your hire, so the costs around delivery logistics, late bookings, postponement, cancellation and equipment condition are clear and transparent. These charges are drawn from the Brizzy Jumping Castles Hire Terms and Conditions (TCS-001).
All prices and fees in this schedule are inclusive of GST.
1. Labour and Supervisor Rates
All labour and supervision charged anywhere in this schedule is calculated from the one rate table below. The rate band is set by the day and time the work is performed on site, not the time the booking was made. Where a job crosses a band boundary, each portion is charged at its own band rate.

All rates inclusive of GST. Standard hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Anything outside those hours is after hours. Public holiday rates apply for the whole day regardless of the hour.
2. Delivery and Logistics Fees
The following fees apply where delivery or logistics requirements fall outside our standard service.

| Guaranteed Delivery / Collection Window (previously Time Restricted Delivery / Collection Fee) | Applies where you require delivery or collection inside a committed window of less than 2 hours, or require a specific committed time. Charged as a flat fee per restricted leg: $150.00: window falls inside standard hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday). $195.00: window falls outside standard hours. A guaranteed delivery and a guaranteed collection are two separate legs and are charged separately. Example: delivery required between 6:00 am and 8:00 am and collection required between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm equals $195.00 plus $150.00, a total of $345.00. Minimum committed window is 2 hours. We do not commit to a single point in time, and the window must allow enough time to complete the installation and safety check. Any event starting or finishing outside 9:00 am to 5:00 pm also requires either additional labour or overnight hire. Standard (flexible) delivery: no fee. Deliveries are scheduled across the run by distance and setup size. You receive an indicative window rather than a committed time, and the scheduled time may fall outside a preferred window. We may offer drop-off the day before and collection the day after at no change to your hire cost. |
| Additional Crew: Multi-Unit Setup (4 or more blowers) | Bookings of 4 or more blowers require a second crew member for delivery, setup, safety check and pack-down. The charge is calculated on the total number of blowers on the order. Count every blower the order requires: a 15 m obstacle course runs two blowers and counts as two. Charged once per booking, calculated as blowers multiplied by half the applicable hourly labour rate from Section 1, using the band that applies at the time of delivery. It is not charged again at pack-down. See the rate table in Section 2.1. Under the terms of our public liability insurance, all inflatables must be set up and dismantled by our own trained crew. Helpers on your side cannot substitute for this labour. |
| Weighted Installation (games and activities on hard surfaces) | Applies where a game or activity is set up on a hard surface (concrete, pavers, bitumen, tiles or indoors) and must be secured with weights instead of pegs. Charged at $25.00 per weight. Most games and activities require 4 to 6 weights, so the fee is typically $100.00 to $150.00. The number of weights is determined by the item, the surface and the site conditions, and is confirmed at the time of booking. Inflatables that people are on are installed on grass only and cannot be weighted, see Section 2.2. |

All fees inclusive of GST. Over 22 blowers, the fee is calculated at half the applicable hourly labour rate per blower.
2.2 Anchoring, Surfaces and Weighted Installation
Inflatables are installed on grass only. Pegs are the anchoring method our inflatables are engineered and certified for. Any inflatable that people are on (jumping castles, slides, obstacle courses and the like) is installed on grass. We do not install these on concrete, pavers, bitumen, tiles or indoors.
Why weights are not an alternative. Every anchor point on an inflatable has to hold in the order of 160 kg of restraint. Multiplied across every anchor point on the unit, that is well over a tonne of ballast to deliver, place, secure and collect. It is achievable on paper. It is simply not viable in practice, and we have made a considered business decision not to offer it rather than cut the figure down to something that looks reasonable on an invoice but does not meet the engineering requirement.
What we can do on hard surfaces. Games and activities (anything where nobody is physically on an inflatable) can be set up on concrete, pavers, bitumen, tiles or indoors. These items are secured with weights, and a Weighted Installation fee applies to cover the weights used.

3. Payment Terms
When your booking is payable depends on how far ahead of the event you book. The clock runs from the event start date.

Bookings made inside 48 hours of the event also attract the Last Minute Booking Fee in Section 4.
4. Booking, Postponement and Cancellation Fees

| Postponement Fee | More than 7 days' notice: no charge, and a gift card to the full value of booking payments is issued, valid for 36 months. Less than 7 days' notice: a $250.00 fee applies. Less than 48 hours before delivery: $250.00 plus a further $250.00, where equipment has been moved in relation to your booking and loaded into trucks for delivery. |
| Cancellation Fee | More than 7 days' notice: the $250.00 non-refundable deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance, if paid, is refunded or credited. Less than 7 days' notice: all funds paid are forfeited. |
Cancellation. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, all funds paid are forfeited. If you cancel on the day of your event, all funds paid are forfeited and any outstanding balance becomes immediately payable. No refunds will be issued.
5. Equipment Condition and Late Return

| Cleaning Fee | Equipment must be returned clean. If returned unacceptably dirty, for example covered in mud, face paint or food debris, a minimum cleaning fee of $150.00 applies. Severe soiling may incur higher charges based on the labour required to restore the item. |
| Damage and Repair Costs | The Hirer is responsible for all loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. Damaged equipment is charged at the cost of repairs. Equipment lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair is charged at the full replacement cost. |
Equipment condition. Please ensure all equipment is returned clean and dry. Inflatables must be deflated and any food, mud or water debris removed before collection. A minimum $150 cleaning fee applies to unacceptably dirty equipment.
6. Administrative Fees
