7 Delivery & pickup

Let us know when works best. Flexible deliveries may be completed on the day before the event. Timed delivery fees may apply to tight delivery windows. Set-up and pack-down are included in your hire price and never billed separately, even if you're close by, because our team still needs time on-site to set the equipment up safely. Delivery itself is the published fee for your postcode and appears as its own line on your quote.

Standard delivery is included: we fit you into our delivery run and give you a window. It usually lands in the middle of that window, but we can't promise an exact time. We may drop off the day before or collect the day after, at no change to your hire cost.

Guaranteed window: we reserve a committed 2 hour window and build the run around you, from $150 for each delivery or collection. Choose it if your timing genuinely can't move, such as a hard start or a venue access window.
