Brand new sleek and attractive VJ Panel bars in WHITE now available! These modern service bars feature a fold down WHITE base and the option to add either a BLACK, NATURAL or WHITE/GREY MARBLE top (3 options - add them in "add-ons" underneath).
This is the published delivery fee for your postcode, and it includes GST. It covers delivery, setup, pack down and pickup. A few situations add a separate charge on top, listed below. Your quote confirms the final number before you pay a deposit.
We price this run individually. Your postcode is not on our published list, so rather than guess we will confirm the delivery figure with your quote, before you pay a deposit. Everything below can still apply on top.
What could change this price?
- A supervisor or operator, charged at the supervisor rates (from $65/hr Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm) with a 4 hour minimum
- Delivery or collection outside standard hours, which are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
- A delivery or collection window shorter than 2 hours
- Stairs, a lift, no direct vehicle access, or carrying more than 50 metres
- Four or more inflatables, or a large obstacle course
- Booking within 48 hours of your event

About the VJ Panel Drinks Bar — White
The drinks bars measure 1.8 metres in length x 0.6 metres in depth and 1.05 metres in height and are therefore perfect for both service or sitting at. Our range of Tolix stools compliment perfectly - available in black, white, baby blue, yellow, lime, orange and red! These bar tables come transported flat packed however pricing INCLUDES INSTALLATION/SET UP by our team so you'll just need to have space available for us to put the tables together! We do not deliver up stairs. Note: These bar tables are heavy and are therefore a two-person delivery and collect. Select either "Customer Assistance Delivery/Collection" or "Two-Man Delivery/Collection" in the add-ons below to let us know how many people to deliver with. Where you select and confirm "Customer Assistance Delivery/Collection" and this is unavailable at the time of delivery or collection, we will be unable to complete your drop/collect and you WILL be charged a redelivery/recollection fee. We deliver across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery is priced by your postcode and starts at $95. There is no minimum order.

What if it rains?
Inflatables can't operate in heavy rain. We watch the wind from 30 km/h and take inflatables down at 35 km/h. We'll work with you to reschedule — see our wet weather policy.
How early should I book?
For peak weekends (school holidays, summer) we recommend 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-peak you can usually book 1–2 weeks out.
Do I need a supervisor?
For backyard kids' parties, an adult guardian can supervise. For school fetes, corporate events and adult castles, we recommend our optional supervisor from $65/hr Mon to Sat 9am to 5pm, more after hours, Sundays and public holidays.
