Delivery to Bundamba 4304
Delivery to Bundamba is $189, the published delivery fee for postcode 4304. That covers transport, professional setup (usually 30 to 60 minutes per item) and pack-down at the end of your hire. There is no minimum order. Most Bundamba bookings are delivered the morning of the event.
This is the published fee for your postcode, not an estimate, and it includes GST. A few situations add a separate charge on top, for example a supervisor, delivery outside standard hours, stairs or no direct vehicle access. See our extra charges page.
Park hire and Ipswich City Council permits
If you're hiring an inflatable for a public park in Bundamba, Ipswich City Council requires a hire permit and proof of public liability insurance. We supply the Certificate of Currency (free) and AS 3533 compliance documentation with every booking — your council application typically takes 2 weeks to approve, so book at least 3 weeks ahead for park events. Backyard hires don't need a permit.
School fetes, corporate events and birthday parties in Bundamba
Most Bundamba bookings are kids' birthday parties at a private home or rental venue. For school P&C fetes and corporate fun days, we recommend the supervised hire option — a trained BJC operator stays on-site for the full hire, managing entry, capacity and weather monitoring. See school fete hire and corporate events for the details.
How early should I book for Bundamba?
Weekends in peak season (October to March) book out 4 to 8 weeks ahead. School holidays and term-end weekends are tighter still — if you're targeting a specific Saturday in November or December for a Bundamba event, book 8 weeks in advance. Off-peak (May to August), 2 weeks lead time is usually enough.
Wet weather policy
Inflatables cannot operate in heavy rain. At 30 km/h, use must stop, users must leave the inflatable and conditions must be monitored. At 35 km/h, equipment must be deflated and packed down. If you need to postpone your Bundamba event, fees and credit arrangements depend on how much notice you give. See our wet weather policy for postponement, cancellation and refund terms.
