About the Ice Cream Soft Serve Machine Twin Bowl
Simple to operate and fun for guests of all ages, each hire package includes everything needed to create smooth, high-quality ice cream – just like the shops! This means your flavoured powder mix, cones and required utensils are all supplied (note that additional condiments such as sprinkles are not included). Choose from our ice cream machine hire packages with options suitable for small gatherings or large events with hundreds of servings. Each basic Ice Cream Machine hire includes a default 100 servings of ice cream and you can select 2 flavours. Need more? Easily upgrade to 200, 300, 400, 500 servings and so on. Our Soft Serve Machines also allow the 2 flavours to be mixed! To order, simply “add to cart” above, then explore our “add-ons” section below to select the flavours and your choice of regular cones or waffle cones (additional cost and will decrease serving quantity as they are larger in size). All mixes are gluten free. NOTE: Ice Cream Machines are extremely heavy and we cannot transport these upstairs or onto verandahs. Lifts and areas that require extended transportation from where our vehicle can park will incur additional charges. You may also be required to provide assistance with loading/unloading the ice cream machine depending on the distance you would like the machine set up with comparison to where our vehicle can park. We deliver across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery is worked out from your postcode and starts at $84. There is no minimum order.

What if it rains?
Inflatables can't operate in heavy rain. We watch the wind from 30 km/h and take inflatables down at 35 km/h. We'll work with you to reschedule — see our wet weather policy.
How early should I book?
For peak weekends (school holidays, summer) we recommend 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-peak you can usually book 1–2 weeks out.
Do I need a supervisor?
For backyard kids' parties, an adult guardian can supervise. For school fetes, corporate events and adult castles, we recommend our optional supervisor from $95/hr weekday, $125/hr Saturday, $150/hr Sunday.
