Our popcorn machine hire is a great addition to any party, event, fundraiser or corporate event! Simple and easy to use, our commercial popcorn makers will be a hit at your next gathering and come with EVERYTHING you need to produce cinema quality popcorn.

What could change this price?
- A supervisor or operator, charged at labour rates with a 4 hour minimum
- Delivery or collection outside standard hours, which are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday
- A delivery or collection window shorter than 2 hours
- Stairs, a lift, no direct vehicle access, or carrying more than 50 metres
- Four or more inflatables, or a large obstacle course
- Booking within 48 hours of your event

What's included
- The popcorn machine
- Small popcorn bags, roughly 20cm x 10cm
- Corn kernels, salt, cooking oil and a serving scoop
- Setup at your event and a quick demonstration
- Cleaning afterwards, so you do not have to touch it
Ingredients come from the same Australian suppliers the cinemas use.
What you need to have ready
We bring the machine and everything that goes in it. Two things need to come from you:
- A table or bench to stand it on. Tables are not included with machine hire, though you can add a popcorn trolley cart
- One 10amp power outlet. No powerboards, no double adaptors, and ideally its own circuit breaker
Day hire pickups finish at 5pm in autumn and winter, and 6pm in spring and summer. After that, overnight rates apply.
About the Popcorn Machine
Don't Stop The Party can provide popcorn machine hire packages from 100 servings (suits most small backyard parties), all the way up to 1000 servings or more (large fetes/carnivals etc), with or without operators. Our base package of 100 servings includes 1 x popcorn machine, 100 popcorn bags and enough kernals, salt & oil to make 100 servings. Need more? Just upgrade to a larger serving size by adding the option (see below in "add-ons" section) to your cart You can also add a stylish popcorn trolley cart below (See "Add-Ons"). Your popcorn machine will conveniently sit on top of the trolley cart and can be moved to different locations across the event if need be. Don't need to move it? It'll still look great and you won't need to worry about a table or bench! *Note whilst all of our popcorn machines function the same way, some do have a different appearance and/or graphics on them. We deliver across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery is worked out from your postcode and starts at $84. There is no minimum order.

What's included?
Delivery to your postcode, setup by our team, safety mats (where applicable), pack down and pickup at end of hire. Fully insured — see our safety page for details.
What if it rains?
Inflatables can't operate in heavy rain. We watch the wind from 30 km/h and take inflatables down at 35 km/h. We'll work with you to reschedule — see our wet weather policy.
How early should I book?
For peak weekends (school holidays, summer) we recommend 4–6 weeks ahead. Off-peak you can usually book 1–2 weeks out.
Do I need a supervisor?
For backyard kids' parties, an adult guardian can supervise. For school fetes, corporate events and adult castles, we recommend our optional supervisor from $95/hr weekday, $125/hr Saturday, $150/hr Sunday.
